Bijou Concierge is a boutique concierge and luxury lifestyle management business founded in November 2013 by Anne Morgan. Bijou Concierge was established to assist busy individuals with the smooth running of their lives, ranging from personal to professional matters.
The services we can provide broadly fall under four main areas: Business, Private, Startup and Events.
Our Business Concierge is aimed at assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing a range of ‘virtual’ business support services from scheduling appointments to internet research, mailshots and more.
Our Private Concierge is for individuals and families. We will look after all your domestic, leisure, social and personal requirements, tailor made to suit you and your family‘s lifestyle.
Our Startup Concierge is designed to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for clients setting up a new business from the initial stages through to launch and beyond. We will support you on your journey and ensure your new venture is up and running in the most efficient, productive and profitable way possible.
Finally, our Events Concierge is geared towards sourcing and booking tickets to sporting, social, music, arts/cultural events, arranging VIP packages, and managing your own private functions including intimate dinners, lavish weddings and themed parties.
Bijou Concierge provides a bespoke, professional, friendly and personalised service which exceeds expectations and provides fantastic value for money. The number of clients is capped to ensure you receive only the highest quality service and Bijou Concierge remains truly exclusive.
There are no membership fees, you simply choose the service you require from the list of options ranging from Pay As You Go for the occasional user to a monthly package for the regular client.

Anne spent many years working as an Executive Assistant/PA, mainly in London, before starting her own business.
She has an ‘eclectic’ background having worked for various organisations including Accenture, Citibank, Savills, Paribas, Sony Music, the NHS and Comic Relief.
With her conscientious approach, resourcefulness, pro-active/‘can do’ attitude, lateral thinking, creative flair combined with strong organisational/interpersonal skills, she will always go that extra mile and beyond.
She is well connected with extensive ties to the local business community and was educated at Kent College, Pembury and Tunbridge Wells Girls Grammar School.
She has a Bi-lingual Business & Secretarial Diploma and a BA (Hons) Social Sciences degree. As well as her impeccable PA skills, she has considerable research, project management and events management experience.
She is passionate about helping charities and is committed to arranging ad hoc fundraising events for local causes throughout the year.
In her spare time, she enjoys writing and is a published poet/short story writer.
